Shipping and Exchanges


We ship from New York City within the USA, you may select your shipping speed during the checkout process. B SIDES offers complimentary ground domestic shipping for all orders with purchase values over $300. 

International shipments: Are by request, please contact the studio for assistance,

Orders are processed once a week, excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact us if same day RUSH Delivery is required in the NYC-area, and we will do our best to accommodate. Items available for Pre-Order are marked with their expected ship date.

All customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, tracking number and order receipt. 

For US addresses in the contiguous 48 states, B SIDES offers UPS Ground shipping. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).

Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as smoothly as possible.

To submit a return/exchange request, please email within 7 days of order receipt with the invoice number and a list of the items being returned. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without approval.

All SALE purchases are FINAL and may not be combined with additional discounts.

Vintage items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

Full priced items are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. After 14 days of order receipt, all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Store credit will be communicated to you in an E-Gift Card. B SIDES holds the right to deny any refund not meeting all policy requirements. Please include packing slip with return.

Exchange availability can vary based on current stock levels. Please note which item you would like as an exchange in your return request. You will then receive an invoice for your exchange with free shipping included (domestic only.) Please complete this order to confirm your exchange. We will refund you for your returned item once it has been received.

For your convenience we offer pre-paid return labels for domestic orders. If you choose to use the provided label, a $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use another courier, the $10 fee will be waived.
