SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship from New York within the USA, you may select your shipping speed during the checkout process. B SIDES offers complimentary ground domestic shipping for all orders with purchase values over $500.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact us if next day RUSH Delivery is required and we will do our best to accommodate. Items available for Pre-Order are marked with their expected ship date.
All customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, tracking number and order receipt.
For US addresses in the contiguous 48 states, B SIDES offers UPS Ground shipping. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).

International shipping
International shipments are now available for self service at check out. Please contact the studio for assistance if needed, orders@bsidesjeans.com
All international packages are shipped via UPS or DHL Worldwide. All international buyers are subject to import duties and taxes which are estimated and collected upon checkout if applicable. Delivery date for international shipments may depend on the pace with which they are processed through customs. B Sides is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.
Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. .
Any refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees and any other applicable fees. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee from B Sides.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with each of your purchases. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as smoothly as possible.
We gladly accept qualifying returns for refund or store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt on DOMESTIC ORDERS only, within USA. All International orders are FINAL SALE.

We will respond within 2 business days or less. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without approval.
All SALE, HOLIDAY PROMOTION SALE, and ARCHIVE SALE EVENT purchases are FINAL SALE, not eligible for return refund or exchange. No price adjustments on past purchases.
Full priced items are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt and will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
All reworked vintage purchases including Vintage Lasso Jeans are FINAL SALE, we will honor exchanges or returns only for store credit.
We kindly request that returns and exchanges be shipped back within 7 days from the date of customer receipt of a return authorization to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
For your convenience we offer pre-paid return labels for all domestic orders. Once submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email and a flat return and restocking fee of $20 will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. This fee will be waved if you chose to use your refund amount towards a store credit. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your returned item. You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.
We offer 1 complimentary size exchange for styles within 7 days of receipt. Exchange availability can vary based on current size(s) stock levels. Please note which item you would like as an exchange in your return request. Your exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item arrives at our studio and will ship within 2-3 business days at which point you will receive an email with tracking information for your exchange.
B Sides holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.
REPAIRS
We will accommodate hardware repairs within 6 mos of purchase, we ask that you cover shipping to the studio and we will take care of the return receipt.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
