Are SALE purchases eligible for return?
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. No price adjustments on past purchases.
Are VINTAGE Lasso Jeans elegible for return?
All reworked vintage items including Vintage Lasso Jeans are FINAL SALE, elegible for exchange or store credit only.
SIZING
How do B SIDES jeans fit?
True to size. You may size-up for a more relaxed fit.
And B SIDES Vintage?

If I have a question about my order, who will I contact?
You may place an order directly on the website. Alternatively, you may place a phone order by calling the B SIDES studio. We’re available to assist you Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, EST by phone 1.347.875.0145 or by email orders@bsidesjeans.com
How does the pre-order process work?
Select items are available for pre-order and are marked accordingly with the item’s expected ship date. Pre-orders require 100% pre-payment at the time of purchase. When the item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment. Any other items in your order will ship separately.
Can I modify or cancel my order ?
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. You may reach us by dialing 1.347.875.0145 Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, EST or sending an e-mail to info@bsidesjeans.com
SHIPPING
How soon can I expect my order?
Orders are processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Please contact us if RUSH Delivery is required in the NYC-area, and we will do our best to accommodate.
RETURNS
How do I make a return?
Follow the RETURNS link in the footer, and can also be found via this link: https://bsidesjeans.myshopify.com/apps/returns

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make your original purchase, and you will be notified via email once your return package is received and then again once your refund is completed.
Do you offer free pre-paid return shipping?
A $20 fee applies to cover the return label and re-stock fee for domestic returns, however exchanges and store credit are complimentary. Duties and taxes cannot be refunded on International Order returns.
GIFT CARD POLICY
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
To purchase a B Sides E-Gift Card, select the amount you'd like and fill out the information below. E-Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient by email within 24 hours. E-Gift Cards are issued in USD $ and are valid for five years.

E-GIFT CARD FAQ
An E-Gift Card purchased on our website is the USD (United States Dollar) monetary equivalent of virtual funds that can only be used toward a purchase made on www.bsidesjeans.com
How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
- First select the amount you want to purchase (in USD).
- Click “add to cart” and proceed to purchase.
- You will then receive an email with the gift card, which you can then forward to your recipient. Currently, E-Gift Cards are only available to be sent via email.
How soon will it be processed?
Pending verification and acceptance of your order, E-Gift Cards will be sent to the purchaser via email within one business day.
Will my Gift Card expire?
E-gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase.
How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?
The recipient may redeem the E-Gift Card at the payment confirmation page, you will see a "discount code" field.
- Enter your E-Gift Card code in the area provided,
- Click the APPLY button to have the value applied to your purchase.
How do I check my E-Gift Card balance?
Please contact us at info@bsidesjeans.com to check the balance of a gift card.
Are E-Gift Cards refundable?
E-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
What can I expect if I return an item purchased with an e-gift card for a refund?
A refund for your return will be issued in the form of a store credit. The store credit will remain valid for six months from the date it is issued. If returning items that were paid in part with an E-Gift Card and credit card, the refund will be split accordingly, less any non-refundable shipping or processing fees.
