Shipping and Exchanges
We ship Domestic and International, please see rates within the checkout process.
Orders are processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Please contact us if same day RUSH Delivery is required in the NYC-area, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Items available for Pre-Order are marked with their expected ship date. Currently, B Sides Pre-Orders are planned to ship the week of October 9th.
All customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, tracking number and order receipt. A signature is required unless otherwise noted.
For US addresses in the contiguous 48 states, B SIDES offers FedEx Ground shipping. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
B SIDES offers free FedEx Priority shipping for all orders shipping with purchase values over $500. Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). International orders will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS in accordance with our brokerage service. Expected arrival date for Vintage B SIDES is approximately 10-14 business days from order placement. For B SIDES Jeans, expected arrival date is within 5-7 business days.

Unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of order receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All exchanges must have the original tags and original packaging. B SIDES is not responsible for return shipping or duty costs. After 14 days of order receipt, all sales are final.
Available store credit will be communicated to you in a unique client code that can be applied to your next order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. B SIDES holds the right to deny any refund not meeting all policy requirements. Return authorization numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. RA numbers can be issued by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of order receipt with the invoice number and a list of the items being returned. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.
